Hi all. I am in the midst of my first subscription rollover at Edmonton Opera and am wondering if anyone has any advice or guidance on how to ensure minimal errors occur? The only written guides I have are the bulky Tessitura manual pages and screenshots of what my predecessor did last season.
Is this all I need to be successful? Or is rollover trickier than appears?
Any assistance at all would be greatly appreciated!

Piggy Backing on what Amber and Anastassia said: test, test, test. Do as many Live-to-Test copies as you need to in order to test it enough to not have any problems. It may annoy other users in your organization if they use Test a lot, but it's better for them to be annoyed for a week than to have a botched rollover.
And definitely feel free to break down the rollover sets. We have four full-season packages, and 16 partial season packages that are available after the renewal period, so we always roll everyone into the full season packages. So for instance, my rollover sets are usually broken into how many shows were in your previous season package (4, 3, etc). I roll the full season subs for a particular package day first, then I do the partials for that day, then repeat with the other three package days.
Feel free to email or message me if any of that was confusing :-)
Good luck!
