We are looking into offering box office services for another small theater in our area which is about 29 miles away. We are also looking at sub-license but as part of that we are being asked to consider staffing and managing all ticket sales for the satellite organization.
We would love to connect to other Tessitura Organizations who have done something similar. We are interested in hearing suggestions and best practices on how you made this work. Do you staff both locations? How do you manage staffing and management issues when there is a 40 minute distance? We would appreciate any feedback.

The Kentucky Center has managed an offsite venue for 20+ years with another offsite currently under construction. Nothing as far a 29 miles, but I think I could help with your questions. We are a consortia as well.
