Ticketing for another theatre

I posted in Consortia already, but didn't get a response so I added here as well.

We are looking into offering box office services for another small theater in our area which is about 29 miles away.  We are also looking at sub-license but as part of that we are being asked to consider staffing and managing all ticket sales for the satellite organization. 

 

We would love to connect to other Tessitura Organizations who have done something similar.  We are interested in hearing  suggestions and best practices on how you made this work.  Do you staff both locations?  How do you manage staffing and management issues when there is a 40 minute distance?  We would appreciate any feedback.
