We go live in September, and after just returning from TLCC 2018 I'm super excited. However, I still need to train about 20 front-line staff. Does anyone have any training manuals, vocab cheat sheets, or anything else that they have found useful for training? We currently do not have a manual for our current system so I am starting from the ground up.
Kelly,The Kentucky Center has also developed a thorough set of training materials for our part-time box office staff. If you still need anything after reviewing the materials from Anne, let me know. I'd be happy to share (but I don't want to overload you with redundant info). Best!
