Rollover Errors

A rollover set was created with   Incorrect use of the Add to Orders Created After field .  A package got attached to the last year order as a new lineitem.  If we do not run seat cancellation and re-run a rollover process again, will processing these 'old' orders negatively affect next year rollover for this package?

    Sabina, I would suggest that you cancel the rollover for the package that was placed in last years orders and re-run the rollover.  If you need advice about this please open a help ticket and Support will be happy to assist you.
