sources not available for pricing rule?

Hi everyone,
 
Before I submit a ticket, I wanted to see if anyone else has run into this.  I have a newly (outside)source.  I would like to use the source to trigger a pricing rule, but when I’m in the pricing rule setup- I see the appeal in the dropdown.  I select it, but then I don’t see that source in the dropdown.  Am I forgetting something really simple/has anyone seen this behavior before?

    Hi Kathleen,

    Have you checked the start/end dates/times on your source an whether they are within the window of date/time of the pricing rule?  In my forays into pricing rules, I keep finding that is usually the thing that is hanging up whether it is visible or not within the pricing rule setup.
