Hi Kathleen,
Have you checked the start/end dates/times on your source an whether they are within the window of date/time of the pricing rule? In my forays into pricing rules, I keep finding that is usually the thing that is hanging up whether it is visible or not within the pricing rule setup.
Cheers,
Anne
I'm curious if this resolved itself for you. I've been having a similar issue and noticed the source typically shows up in the list the next day. It's driving me crazy.

Hi Annie,
Sadly, no. I had it happen again the other day. I wonder what it is that's causing this...
As expected, yesterday's source code appeared in the dropdown list for me this morning.
Here's the response from Penny with TASK:
The issue with new source codes not appearing in the listing is related to defect number 101738 on the "Tessitura Reported Defect List". The defect states:
“In Ticketing Setup->Pricing Rules, source codes are cached after viewing the Sources selection dropdown in Pricing Rules, causing new source codes created after the current sources are cached to not appear in the list.”
The resolution has not yet been published, but the work-around is to recycle the Application Pool running the Tessitura Service.
