We offer free exchanges to subscribers and our top level donors. Flexpass buyers get charged $x per ticket with a $xx max and for single ticket buyers we charge $x per ticket with a $xx max.
Hi Denise - one thing I want to mention here is that due to anti-trust regulation, the Tessitura Network and its licensees must refrain from discussion of pricing to avoid the appearance of price fixing. You can discuss whether fees are charged, but not how much.

We waive exchange fees for season tickets, which is a super popular benefit with our subscribers. For single tickets we charge a per ticket exchange fee.

We charge a per ticket fee but waive it for our members who make a minimum donation each year.

We offer free exchanges to subscribers up until 48 hours before a performance. Within the 48 hours window, we charge a small fee per ticket. Single ticket buyers are always charged a small per ticket fee. Usually we do not allow exchanges within 24 hours of a performance, regardless of fees or type of patron.
We waive the fee for subscribers when exchanging in person at the BO or online. When calling over the phone, a reduced exchange fee applies.
Our single ticket buyers are charged the standard exchange fee regardless of what avenue they use.
