Standard Order Confirmation Weirdness

Hi all,
Our box office staff has brought an issue to my attention. They mentioned that patrons are receiving some confusing information in the Standard Order Confirmation. The two issues are:
1) If a fee is waived, the fee is still showing up in the total.
2) If the patron is upgrading to different seats or changing their series, it shows both line items (the original and upgraded line) in their order details.
I don't remember having these issues before and I haven't made any changes to the standard order confirmation. Has anyone else seen this, and if so, were you able to fix it and how did you fix it?

  • By "Standard Order Confirmation", do you mean the TNEW order confirmation email? The last time I checked, this template is only designed to handle new orders, so it cannot be guaranteed to do what you want when you are re-sending confirmations from the client after having made changes to the order.
