Error pricing order

Anyone familiar with what to look for to fix the following error pricing order? 

Couldn't find prices for SLI with price type '965' and zone 207? 

I have triple checked the set up on the prices in the package and they are all there. I don't know what I am looking for. HELP ME PLEASE.

    Hi Nichole,
    Those are the ID numbers listed, so you want to look up to see which price type has ID # 965 (under Ticketing Setup > Pricing Setup > Price Types) and the zone with ID # 207 (under Ticketing Setup > Facility Manager, on the Zone Maps tab of your facility). This means that a concert (or concerts) in the package in the order doesn't have that price type enabled in the zone.
