Hi fellow Tessitura users,
I am interested in how your organization gets information from clients regarding the box office setup of events, particularly how you gather the pricing information for the shows.
We have a rental document that we are looking to revise and a sticking point for us is the section requesting their pricing, price types, discounts, and promos. We want to make this section more clear and concise as it seems to be the part that requires the most clarification and discussion after a client submits their info.
Would anyone be willing to share their setup form, or portions there of, or have any suggestions on wording?
Much Appreciated!

I was on a panel at the last conference with Amy Lehman from the Debartolo Performing Arts Center, and they have a form they use on their website to collect information for performance set up. Here's the link to the form on their website: performingarts.nd.edu/.../
Hey Jeff!
We had the same moment in our organization: a need to condense our rental ticketing forms given how much back and forth was happening even after the forms were submitted. For the most part it has been successful in streamlining communication (with the occasional wrinkle needing ironed out depending on the client or performance).
I am happy to share the form we have come up with and chat a bit more. Feel free to shoot me an email at rbriskey@TheCenterPresents.org.
Cheers!
Robin
Hey Jeff,
We use a google form for people to submit pricing and event information, that way there is a shared (responses) google spreadsheet that we can use to work off of and build events in Tessitura/TNEW as a ticketing setup team.
Hi Grant! Would you mind sharing this form with me? I've been trying to turn our form into an online form as well, but have been stumbling on the pricing piece of it. Our events can be kind of complicated with pricing options. Do you have a text box where people list which discounts should be included?
Would be great to see this too! We would love to make the setup form an online form, but clients tend to want complicated pricing structures, many many discounts (some with codes, some not).
And thank you to the others who have also responded!
Jeff
Sure thing, Ill email the both of you with the info!
