Whenever we batch print alphabetically, the headers don't always print in the right place--sometimes they print after the tix instead of before, so they end up with the wrong tickets and we have to be very careful when we sort them out. I found an old post that explained how to get the headers to print out in front of the tickets--it says to click and hold down the Ctrl button and then Click the Seq button until it turns green. When I do this, the button doesn't turn green. Is it enough just to click the Seq button (after you click Name to alphabetize) to get the headers to print this way?

The button has never turned green for me, but you're definitely onto the right solution. Once your have your batch sorted in alphabetical order, hold down the Ctrl button and then Click the Seq button. You should have 2 carrot tops pointing up on each of those columns, and you can confirm that your headers will print in the correct sequence by looking at the "Print Type" column.
