CSIs are also very useful! We use them to track all contact with the group. I have Activity types for Group prospect, Payment Ready, Change that way I can run the CSI Tracking Report and see where we stand at a quick glance. We set reminders for payment deadlines too.

Hi Michelle, We use a group mode as well. It is very useful! We set a deadline for groups on when we can make changes by and take payment through Tessitura (Credit Card, Chq or Cash if in person).
As Shelley mentioned, once payment is received we are able to print tickets (Tessi won’t let you print otherwise). So we usually have the tickets ready for patrons upon their arrival.
You will always occasionally have last minute changes, but this has worked for us and our groups.

We use a Group Mode of Sale. It’s set up to allow seated, unpaid orders. Once it’s paid in full we can print tickets.

Does anyone process advance group bookings/tickets to reserve seating ? I looking for a way to process advance tickets for upcoming groups, when they arrive on the visit date I would need to adjust numbers if required and then process payment.
