Constituent Notes pop-up

Hello!

There is probably a very simple solution to this, but I am looking for a way to add constituent notes that will "pop-up" in the ticket order details screen.  I am not looking at adding notes to the ticket order itself (notes field), but only when a constituent's information is added to a new order, a pop-up notification that is based on the constituent itself and not the specific order.  Does this make sense?  

I am in a unique working situation where I work in multiple ticketing databases, and I noticed that when I use Archtics (Ticketmaster), there is a way to add notes (Hot patron, high donor, special seating requests, etc) that pops-up when I add that particular patron to a new ticket order.

Does this make any sense?  Any thoughts on how to do this in Tessitura?

  • We using the Price Rules to call out particular patrons. Set your constituent criteria to whatever identifies (ranking, list, etc). For example a certain level of donor qualifies for free parking when they order, and the price rule pops up a message alerting the seller.
