Hello,
We are engaging a team of 100+ concierges in the Nashville area to promote a concert series for tourists. We are needing a way to track each individual's sales to determine the commission he/she receives.
Unfortunately, this team of concierges wlil see frequent turnover. We're considering creating 100+ promos each customized for each employee. So when someone leaves this job, this code will no longer be active. When a new employee joins this network of concierges a new promo will need to be created. So this is not ideal. Does anyone have something that you're doing in your city that is successfully working for you to accurately track commissioned sales, but doesn't require frequent monitoring and adjustments?
Thanks for your insights!
I guess it depends on how the tickets are sold. If it's via your phone room/box office, perhaps you could mark the Order by making the concierge the Initiator?

We could track that way, but most of this concierge team will close sales after our normal BXO hours. So ideally this would be something online. Great suggestion though.
Are the concierges purchasing the tickets on their own file within Tessitura but using the tourists credit card? If so, that's an easy way to track as each individual file will have all of their orders on it.
Hi Everyone,
Thank you for your follow up and suggestions. Here's where our team landed after sifting through a couple of ideas.
