Ticket Cancellation Policy

Hi All, Does anyone offer a ticket cancellation policy? We know that some theaters in Europe offer this so if you purchase tickets and the cancellation policy and cannot attend, the theater will refund the ticket price but keep the cost of the policy. It's an interesting concept and sounds like a good way to add some revenue if you have to do a refund. Thanks, Susan

    Susan,

We were looking into this last year and were going to use a company called Booking Protect. We didn't end up going with ticket insurance at all, but in my research, I found that Sage Gateshead had implemented ticket insurance so you might want to talk to someone there. The company they use is called TicketPlan.
