Ticket Cancellation Policy

We have a $25 per seat subscription deposit that is not refunded if a subscription is cancelled. We refund the rest of the cost back to the credit card the subscription was purchased under or if paid by check our finance department sends a check reimbursement.  

For single tickets, we do not offer refunds however   you have up to 5 pm the day of the show to exchange the tickets for another  performance of the same play. OR you can donate the cost of the tickets to the theatre and we send a Donation slip to the ticket holder on the cost of the tickets.

Hi All, Does anyone offer a ticket cancellation policy? We know that some theaters in Europe offer this so if you purchase tickets and the cancellation policy and cannot attend, the theater will refund the ticket price but keep the cost of the policy. We were looking into this last year and were going to use a company called Booking Protect. We didn't end up going with ticket insurance at all, but in my research, I found that Sage Gateshead had implemented ticket insurance so you might want to talk to someone there. The company they use is called TicketPlan.
