We have a fixed package where one of the shows in this package is completely sold out. What is the best way to keep selling this package manually in Tessitura ?
Is removing this one sold out show from the performance group will do the trick?
Thanks,
Sabina
Sabrina,
You should be able to able to change your minimum perfs number decrease it by one.
Sorry for the double talk and I should have been clearer where to do this is in Ticketing Setup->Packages find your package and under the Package Detail tab change the Min Perfs to one less than your Max Perfs.
Hi Terry,
Our minimum is 4 on an 8 concert series. Removing the sold out show
still doesn’t allow you to select the same seat from the composite map.
It also doesn’t allow you to save the order if you seat it performance by performance.
Thanks
Octavia

Once you remove the show and seat performance by performance including the Base Seat map then you should be able to save the order.
Tess requires you to manually seat the Base seat map as well as all individual dates.
Hope that helps. Sorry to jump in.

Thank you. Do you know how this effects the rollover of that package the following season?

If single ticket buyers are what caused the conflict then there should be no rollover problem. (Assuming you don't roll singles into a package.)
If the same date us part of another package then you may ha e an issue where one will fail and have to be manually seated.

Hi- I'm not sure if this was resolved or not. If not: Remove the performance group from the package, then remove the performance from the performance group, then add the performance group back into the package and you'll be set. Thanks, Mark
