We are reviewing some policies and procedures and I was wondering from all of you:
How many hours/minutes/days to you turn off web sales for a performance? One hour? Two Hours? Etc?
Inquireing minds want to know.

We cut-off web sales 2 hours prior to a concert so that Box Office can prepare the Will Call. We don't use PAH since we don't have N-Scan and this has worked well for us thus far.
We have Web sales open right until show time. With NScan and TNMP, this has been very easy; with the added bonus that our patrons seem to like having their tickets on their mobile devices.
