We are reviewing some policies and procedures and I was wondering from all of you:
How many hours/minutes/days to you turn off web sales for a performance? One hour? Two Hours? Etc?
Inquireing minds want to know.

We cut off two hours before the show but we are currently starting to implement PAH and TNMP My Tickets so we may (or may not) revisit this and shorten the amount of time once those are up and running.
