Same Day Web Web Sales: What time does yours turn off?

Hello, All - 

We are reviewing some policies and procedures and I was wondering from all of you:

How many hours/minutes/days to you turn off web sales for a performance?  One hour? Two Hours?  Etc?

Inquireing minds want to know.

    At the Center for the Performing Arts, we do right at performance time for web transactions while the Box Office stays open through the first half hour of each performance.  Aside from having to keep an eye on any last minute purchases for Will Call, there have been few to no issues.

    For pre-sold Valet passes, though, we cut them off 1 week prior seeing as the valet pass cannot be picked up at Will Call and most choose to have them mailed.  Few complaints there, too.  Every once in a while patrons call in for a print at home Valet pass within the week of, and our staff is happy to do that.
