Same Day Web Web Sales: What time does yours turn off?

Hey all!

This conversation is prompting me to look at the online sales patterns to see if we’re capturing any last minute buyers. 

To answer your question, we used to cut sales off at midnight the night before. With Tessitura, we let online sales happen until just after curtain. With PAH functionality and the BO open, it’s been a fine experience for all.

We actually do at performance time, but we only have limited-to-zero availability by then anyway.  But for dining reservations, it’s 2hrs prior.

How many hours/minutes/days to you turn off web sales for a performance?  One hour? Two Hours?  Etc?
