Same Day Web Web Sales: What time does yours turn off?

Hello, All -

We are reviewing some policies and procedures and I was wondering from all of you:

How many hours/minutes/days to you turn off web sales for a performance? One hour? Two Hours? Etc?

Inquireing minds want to know.

Science Museum of MN used to turn them off 2 hours before the show. We ended up letting it run, though, and it's been fine as far as I know. Even helps when we're slammed and have a line; people will jump on their phones from the lobby and get a web ticket.

This is an interesting thread. We are considering eliminating our 30 minute rule to be able to capture last minute sales at our kiosks. Glad to learn it is working out for many. Roberta
