Order Category automation

Is there a way to pre-set the "Order Category" to "Standard Order?"

  • Amy, I don't believe there is a way to do this without some manner of customization. Per the documentation, Order Category is an optional field in the ticket order area and I haven't been able to find anything in the system tables that suggests being able to make any change to what initially displays. We only have one entry in our TR_ORDER_CATEGORY system table and the default when we go through a ticket order still goes to (none). Thank you, Brian
