Has anyone setup incentive programs to get their ticket office staff to cross-sell and up-sell when they are taking incoming phone orders?

Hi, we do monthly contests for subscription conversions and upsells. We usually do cash prizes, with the top 1-2 sellers getting bonuses, or for bigger subscription drives, we do longer contests with the winner getting a commission of 10% of their total conversion sales. We also try to incentivize the whole box office by encouraging everyone to participate. "If everyone gets 5 upsells this month, everyone will get a $5 Starbucks gift certificate, or zoo passes, or a pizza party." We have a Category for "conversion/sellup" to track their progress.
