Hi Maurice, Are you able to find the results you’re looking for using the Order Search screen? You can search for the performance and then filter the results by unseated orders and save as a list. It will come up in List Manager as a list with no criteria.

Michele, Thanks for the reply. I need to be able to pull an actual List (using List Manager). I should have specified that in my original question, my apologies. That report does allow me to look at the events, but I need to be able to run an extraction based off this event, but without being able to make a list, I can't do the extraction. Thanks, Maurice

Maurice, Use the Single Sale Order Listing report found in the Ticketing Box Office folder. You can select many different options for output, including seated/paid/printed. Michele
