List for Unseated Performance

Hello, I am attempting to generate a list of all constituents requesting tickets for an event which is unseated. When I use both the performance code and the price type, I am generating with no constituents. I assume this is because there are no seated lines in the event. Is there a way to get this to generate WITHOUT seating these orders? Thanks, Maurice

    Maurice, Use the Single Sale Order Listing report found in the Ticketing Box Office folder. You can select many different options for output, including seated/paid/printed. Michele

    Michele, Thanks for the reply. I need to be able to pull a list using List Manager. I should have specified that in my original question, my apologies. That report does allow me to look at orders, but I need to be able to run an extraction based off this event. Without being able to make a list, I can't do the extraction. Thanks, Maurice

    Oh, save your results from that report to a list in List manager.

    Neither one of these options allow me the flexibility I need. I want to run different extractions based on price types. By saving it as a non-criteria list, I'm not afforded this flexibility. And since the price types I created for this event are also coming up with 0 results when I use the list manager option I can't further filter the list once I generate the criteria-less reports.     Maurice, You might want to check the procedure that updates the Ticket History window. I believe that, unless you've had some work done on your List Manager criteria and Ticket History update script, they all reference the Ticket History table/view and orders don't get transferred to Ticket History until they're seated. I reckon Joanne's suggestion is your best bet! Martin

    Hi Maurice,  Are you able to find the results you’re looking for using the Order Search screen?  You can search for the performance and then filter the results by unseated orders and save as a list.  It will come up in List Manager as a list with no criteria.
