First pricing Rule is not working

My first pricing rule to give 10% off to everybody for three performances is not firing on the web. I have categories,sets assigned to MOS, Price Type is editable ... What am I missing?

    Sabina,

    This is probably a stupid idea (and no offense is intended by suggesting it!), but is the Pricing Rule set attached to a web Mode of Sale? (I was looking through our own system and found that we only have one Pricing Rule set created and it's only attached to a non-web Mode of Sale, which explained to me why I couldn't trigger it on our TNEW site!)

    I was reading through documentation and based on what you shared here it seems as though it should be working; maybe it'd be worth submitting a TASK ticket to have somebody with Tessitura look at it on their side.

    Thank you, Brian for your suggestion. And Website MOS is attached to the one and only one pricing Rule Set we have in the system.
