Proofing checklists

Hi there,

I'm developing some build and proofing checklists for v12.5 (as we moved from v11 so building is quite different), and it seemed like a good opportunity to see how other organizations do this.

What is your proofing process? Do you have a specific checklist used to proof performance builds, pricing, offers, etc? If so, would you mind sharing these checklists?

Thanks in advance for any thoughts!

    Hi Kim,

I've only built seasons in v12, so I'm not sure what changes from v11 you're looking to account for, but I've attached the list of steps I use. It's focused on subscription sales and our business practices.

For proofing I look at 2 things. First performances against their date, time, perf code, time slot, type and a keyword  that I use for each of our 5 pricing levels. This I pull from a SQL query that I should probably turn into a report.  If all the performances have the correct keywords, I apply pricing in season maintenance keyword by keyword for each production. That way, instead of proofing the pricing on each performance I can ask someone to look at one performance for each price level. If there are any errors I correct them from season maintenance using the keyword filter so I can correct all similar performances at once.

    I hope this helps!
