Ticket Splitting/Ticket Forwarding

Hi there

(This is my first post in this forum, so apologies if this is the wrong place to post this!) Has anyone introduced this feature - customers being able to forward tickets on to other performance attendees - into their organisation successfully? If you have, how have you found it and what feedback, if any, have you received?

I need to talk to my colleagues about our options regarding TNMP and custom coding, but it is still good to hear about other people's experiences with sharing/forwarding tickets.
