(This is my first post in this forum, so apologies if this is the wrong place to post this!) Has anyone introduced this feature - customers being able to forward tickets on to other performance attendees - into their organisation successfully? If you have, how have you found it and what feedback, if any, have you received?
There is a function in TNMP to forward a ticket to an email - troubleshooting this feature with the support this week. Currently, errors out.
