Hi there
(This is my first post in this forum, so apologies if this is the wrong place to post this!) Has anyone introduced this feature - customers being able to forward tickets on to other performance attendees - into their organisation successfully? If you have, how have you found it and what feedback, if any, have you received?
This is purely hypothetical, as I've only transferred transactions without an owner to one with a record, but I believe you could just change the owner number?
