(This is my first post in this forum, so apologies if this is the wrong place to post this!) Has anyone introduced this feature - customers being able to forward tickets on to other performance attendees - into their organisation successfully? If you have, how have you found it and what feedback, if any, have you received?

I know this is functionality in TN Mobile Plus (although truth be told, we aren't using this function yet). I imagine if you or someone on your team is tech-savvy, you could figure out the code behind this functionality and do it in Tessitura. It is possible to have a user change an order to another person in the client so, I'm sure with some fancy custom code, this could be accomplished by patrons via your website. You'd have to way all the possibilities of problems with this type of functionality, but as the saying goes, almost anything is possible in Tessitura with the right code.
I've not heard of any organizations actually doing this outside of TN Mobile Plus so I'll be intrigued to see if there are any other responses.
