What would be the simplest way to sell tickets from a hold code in Tess and a specific price type online?
We sell several different holds online for accessibility purposes. We use Adage for our web build/Tessitura integration. I know they can work with both TNEW and completely customized websites. I’m not sure how it works with other web site providers.

That is very interesting to know! Thanks Nicole. I don't suppose I could ask if you, or someone you know has managed to achieve this in some way and if so how? This has been on the back burner for us for a while, but were looking at still being able to track a hold code, whilst making a seat sell-able to customers online as well as in the box office.

It is possible to sell out of holds (I think that started with V11), but it may take some web customization depending on your site. Allocations are easier to deal with, but either is possible.

Hi Amy,
This is also something we have wanted to look at as well for a while as we feel we have a need for it, without using allocation codes. It is not possible as far as I'm aware unfortunately. But is something we would find useful if it was in a future development.
Sorry that is not much help or the answer you were looking for.
Best wishes,
James
