Ticketed, Paid seat - Payment Unpaid

Hi there,

We have had something strange occurring with the Payment Unpaid event code that I cannot explain - we have have a order for 1 ticket, purchased over the counter.
Steps, time, and event codes below.

1. 14:21:10 - Reserved
2. 14:21:10 - Fee Applied
3. 14:21:10 - Payment Paid
4. 14:21:11 - Printed
5. 14:22:07 - Reprinted
6. 14:22:49 - Reprinted
7. 14:23:02 - Reprinted
8. 14:23:31 - Reprinted.....by someone else
9. 14:29:15 - Payment Unpaid......by original user
10. 12:30:34 - Attended (following day)

Apart from the 4 reprints, the order looks standard up to Step 8.
I'm unsure how the payment become unpaid 6 mins later, by the original user, while maintaining its Ticketed, Paid seat status? It is still currently sitting with a due amount against it.

I may be missing something extremely obvious, but any help appreciated. I can see the above in T_ORDER_SEAT_HIST and looked at various tables, but can't seem to explain how this has occurred.
