I've successfully set up a Messaging rule for our staff to read when selling a certain ticket price in a certain performance. The message pops up as expected in the Orders Window, however... it disappears after about 5 seconds. There is a CLOSE link on that window, but the Messaging windows automatically closes.
Our trouble is... that's not enough time for our sales staff to read some of the messages that pop up.
Is there a way to either EXTEND the visibility of the Messages Pop Up or disable the automatic disappearance?
In T_DEFAULTS: NOTIFICATION_DISPLAY_SECONDS defaults to 5. You can alter this to a number of seconds OR disable the auto hide entirely with 0 (zero).
