We have super-packages and sub-packages. I'm not really sure how they are set up in Tessitura, as I didn' t do it. It has worked well in previous seasons.
Now, when a previous subscription is rolled over and processed, the package level fee gets applied more than once for a single package. New orders do not have this problem.
Is there something simple I need to check?

Thank you Heather. Our set up was affected by the bug, and support provided a fix. Now just comes the painful part of re-rolling everything.
