Does anyone know how to reverse a batch print job? We printed an entire season by mistake and would really like to revert the tickets back to unprinted status. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.
Call support on that one. As far as I know there is no way to void a batch (although I really wish there was).
Hi Daniel, We don't need to void the batch, we need to change the reprint_no for all orders in the batch.
I need some help with writing the SQL if anyone is up for it. Basically I want to do an update that does the following:
Select all orders in the batch that was printed (34355)
Set the reprint number back to 0 (I think that denotes not printed)
and if possible, only do this for tickets if the date is after today, so I don't mark the past performances unprinted.
Thanks
Nick
We have a custom procedure for rolling back a printed batch that can be run from SSMS. It takes batch number as a parameter. Happy to share the code with you if that would suit your need.
CheersSarah
that would be amazing if you could.
hi again Sarah!
We'd be interested in this utility as well.
Thanks,
Frannie
If you are willing to share, we are very interested at the Park Avenue Armory! Every so often batch printing goes awry and this would be so helpful. My email is jherreid@armoryonpark.org. Many thanks!

Hey Sarah -- are you on the Bitbucket team yet? It would be great to upload the code there, even just as a snippet, so make it more available and open for collaboration.
Anyone interested in getting access to those resources should check out http://tessituracoders.bitbucket.org for an intro and instructions.
We also would be interested in that logic if you are still willing to share! jmoskal@TheCenterPresents.org.
Thanks!
John
Sarah - would you be willing to email this code to me?

Thank you!
Sarah, any chance you could email this procedure to me as well? alicia_curtis@harvard.edu. Thank you!
If anyone could send that code my way, I would greatly appreciate it - emarshall@austinsymphony.org
I am like 3 years too late, but if I could get it that would be fantastic. phillip.deleon@attpac.org
Super late to this party but we, too, could use this! Please and thank you- mwaltz@kalamazooarts.org
I know this thread is kind of old, but would you be willing to share this with me? Can it be used for rolling back a reprint from order entry, or just batch ticket printing module? michael.dorsey@state.mn.us
