Hi Sir/Madam,
I was wondering if there is anyway to get the report from Tessitura with the negative response. For example: if a subscriber did not want to rejoin and we have selected negative response like (Health reasons, No interest This Year) in the promotions tab. Is there any way we can make a list of these folks with the response we selected from Tessitura itself?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Thanks
Manisha
Hi Manisha,
You can make a list of these people using the Promotion Response criteria. Add it and select the response you want to know about. You can also add Promotion Response Date to find only those who responded before/after a date or within a date range.

We use CSIs for this. We have in TR_CUST_ACTIVITY_TYPE some descriptions like “DNS-Doesn’t like seats”, “DNS-Moving”, “DNS–too much money” (DNS means “did not subscribe”.) Then we can pull back out reports on the CSIs to see if there are any trends.

Output Set Builder can give you this information.
However, the data elements that come standard for Promotions don't give you any way to narrow down the results. This means you get a new row of data for every response for every constituent on your List.
It would be more helpful to create a new data element that uses a parameter so you can select which Appeal to include in the report.
