Pulling a list of unpaid groups

Hello - I was wondering if anyone has some advice on pulling a list of groups who have reserved their seats in an order, but not paid for them. I tried various combinations (i.e. <> $0, =< $0, => $0, etc) in Ticket History Amount and added a Ticket History Season and MOS Group Sales to the order. Nothing is pulling the correct list Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

  • Hi Nicole,

There are a few options for you. You can use the Order Search screen (in a ticket order, or in Season Manager) to find these orders based on Paid/Unpaid status and save the results to a list with the List button. Or you could run the Single Sale Order Listing report limited to unpaid orders only, and save those results to a list.

  • Thank you, Michael and Dani, for the answers.

Michael, pulling the single sale order listing report and saving to a list was exactly what I was looking for as I wanted to suppress from an extraction.
