N-Scan, locking down the scanners

I just programmed our Symbol TC 70 Android scanners and had the same issue.  You can download the Enterprise Home Screen application that will help you lock down the home screen here (you'll find a zip file under Public Software).  I also had to make some adjustments in the config file to ensure only N-Scan was accessible.  I'm not sure it'll help with the scanner model you have, but it's certainly worth a try.

We also had success with the Enterprise Home Screen app to lock out everything but N-Scan on our Zebra/Motorola MC40 devices. We put everything else behind a password so our on-duty managers can get in and troubleshoot/adjust settings as needed.
