Batch prints one field per ticket

We built an event that has a specific ticket design.  It has a lot of hardcoded text and data elements on it.  One of these tickets printed in our batch, but instead of putting all the fields on one ticket, it printed one field at a time over 50 tickets.  I can print the ticket from the order just fine, but through the batch print, it always spits out 50 tickets, one field on each.

I can choose that same ticket design and it will print fine for another event. However when I select that event with any other ticket design it spits outs one field on each ticket again. Anyone have any ideas how to remedy this?

    Hi Naomi,

This has happened to me, too!  I think it ended up being a print driver issue - it might be worth double checking that all of your drivers are up to date.

    Good luck!

    Mara,

I don’t know. We are using generic/ text only drivers for all ticket printers. I don’t believe there is an update for that. We were informed during our implementation that was the only driver that would work. What printer and driver are you using?

Thank you have a good day!

    Hi Naomi,

Actually, I just took a look through my records, and it turned out to be a hardware problem with one of our printers (not a BOCA).

Have you tried using a different printer?

Yes ma’am we did. I seriously wonder if it is some configuration with that particular event since it is only that event we seem to have issues with. But I am lost beyond that.
