Can someone guide me in setting up the billing schedule? The documentation is super-confusing. This is what I want to do...
I want one third of the payment taken today (or the day of the order), one third of the payment scheduled thirty days from the first payment, and the final third scheduled thirty days after the second payment.

What version of Tessitura are you on? Not 100 percent sure about version 12.5, but on version 11 you can set up the billing schedule on the individual order using the PMT field right next to the Channel field in a ticket order. Perhaps you already know all this, but pressing the "chicklet" button next to PMT drops down a box (Order Payment Schedule) in which you can designate dates, billing type and schedule. We have documentation on how to set this up (in version 11), if it helps...
