We need to do renewal invoices for a series but we can't do a tradional rollover because the venues are now different. We thought we could manually seat each subscription in the new venue and then run invoices but since it isn't a "rollover" that won't work. Has anyone ever had this situation and know of a solution? We really need the renewal seats (new venue) on the invoice.

I believe the thing to do is manually seat them in the new venue in “dummy” packages in a “dummy” season then roll those over into the actual season.

You can also do a "conversion rollover". We just did this because our facility had changed some since last season. It's not that hard and support does have an updated document that they sent me that made it go fairly easily.
