Print at home fonts and size

I don't seem to have any control over the font style or size that is displayed on my print at home tickets. I assume that I set this on the pdf template using the appearance tab of the text field properties. I am using Arial or Times Roman but there appears to be no difference.

Other areas to look at?

Thanks,

    Marty-

If you are on version 9.0, look in the config file for the print at home service, when we upgraded we had to added in a line to ingore the defaults font settings in that config. It is in the documentation for the upgrade to 9.0 on page 15. But basicly it says in the <appSettings> node change the <add key = "Use_Label" value = "true"> to <add key = "Use_Label" value = "false">, and the font handling keys will be ingored. Hope that helps.

  • Just curious if you had the problem that people are saying the PAH is a very large size like 15 x 11.

My template is 8.5 x 11 but many people are saying that Adobe Reader is showing it to be much larger.

    Just curious,

  • I haven't heard anyone say that though it's possible that feedback hasn't yet filtered back to us.  I'll keep an ear out and let you know if that complaint starts coming up.
