We set up a pricing rule for the first time this week and now the sales from the web site are not reporting correctly. It looks good within the patron's record, and the payment is being recorded, but the income is not reporting to the GL line item in batch reports. The only thing I can think of is that since the price type turns on automatically with a rule and the web user group doesn't need to have access to that price type, it isn't reporting correctly. Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks.

We ran into this issue and found issue # 64993 on the defect list:
If pricing rules are associated to the web MOS, when transactions are processed via the API, the campaign_no is not being set in T_WEB_SLI_DETAIL resulting in a blank campaign on the T_TRANSACTION row. The transaction is then not viewable in the constituent record.
Thank you Patrick for the quick reply! Were you ever able to get the transactions to show up later, or did you just wait for 12.5.1?
We haven't been able to get them to show up--we're doing the 12.5.1 upgrade on Monday likely so we will see if it corrects itself then!
