Patron received a different patrons e-tickets

We had a situation occur on Friday where patron A and B ordered tickets and patron A received both email's with the e-tickets attached.

We are unsure if patron B ever received their tickets and can't figure out if there's a way to trace which email addresses were sent to without having a copy of the email in a sent folder anywhere.

Is there an easy way to trace how the second order was sent to the incorrect email address?

  • We BCC ourselves on orders for this kind of tracking.  So, I’m not help.
