We had a situation occur on Friday where patron A and B ordered tickets and patron A received both email's with the e-tickets attached.
We are unsure if patron B ever received their tickets and can't figure out if there's a way to trace which email addresses were sent to without having a copy of the email in a sent folder anywhere.
Is there an easy way to trace how the second order was sent to the incorrect email address?
We BCC ourselves on orders for this kind of tracking. So, I’m not help.
