Multiple venues

Hi everyone,

My sublicensee has a lot of different venues that they sell tickets for.  Does anyone on the forum also sell for multiple venues and if so, how do you approach having the venue with the street address on the tickets and email confirmation for tickets purchased online?  We are trying to gather ideas from other groups to find out what all of our options are.

Thanks!

Joanne

    Hi Joanne,

With having the venues address on tickets, at the National Theatre we use the ticket design. We have four spaces within the main venue but also sell tickets for our shows in the West End. We have created a different ticket design for each venue which we then attach to the price type when we build shows. For productions like War Horse we have the address hard coded onto the ticket design under the name of the theatre it is in. To highlight that it is somewhere else we put the address in  negative (white on black) text, so that it stands out.

    Hope that is helpful.

    Thanks,
    Kyle
