Multiple venues

Hi everyone,

My sublicensee has a lot of different venues that they sell tickets for.  Does anyone on the forum also sell for multiple venues and if so, how do you approach having the venue with the street address on the tickets and email confirmation for tickets purchased online?  We are trying to gather ideas from other groups to find out what all of our options are.

Thanks!

Joanne

  • Yale Rep has 3 separate venues that luckily are only ½ a block from each other. For the Ticket Design we pull in info from the Title info on the Production tab where we have typed in the Venue and the Address. I think you could also program it to pull from the Facility info- if that info is programmed in your Facility map. We use TNEW so we can also use the LTR_TNEW_DYN_EMAIL_CONTENT system table to program additional content for each production that would provide a reminder of an address that feeds into the confirmation emails for the specified productions only.
